Ms. Nevinger graduated from Albany Law School in 2021 and is currently admitted to practice law in the State of New York and is a member of the New York Bar Association. While attending Albany Law School, she gained valuable hands-on experience through the Family Violence Litigation and Domestic Violence Prosecution Hybrid Clinics at the Justice Center.

Prior to law school, Ms. Nevinger graduated from Ithaca College with a Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies and a minor in Health Policy and Management.

In her free time, Danielle enjoys traveling, cheering on the Buffalo Bills, coaching gymnastics, and spending time with her family and her dog, Nilla Chip.
